Students Raise Money for Children in Haiti

Mrs. Moerbe, Mrs. Hantel and the Saint Mark 7th graders recently participated in a program called the 30-Hour Famine. Throughout the week, the students worked in tribes and completed several different activities that helped them to understand the problems that the children in Haiti are undergoing. Also throughout the week, the students raised $636 for World Vision, which sends the money to help the children in Haiti. The money raised is enough to help care for two children for an entire year!
