Students Cook for Mrs. McGregor

On Friday, April 15 students from Grades 1, 3 and 7 collaborated with their teachers and Aunty Connie Matayoshi to use eggplant from the Saint Mark garden to prepare a wonderful meal of eggplant parmesan for Mrs. McGregor who is currently battling breast cancer. With a grant from the Grow Hawaii Project, Mrs. McGregor and her students started the garden a few months back. The eggplants picked last week are the first foods harvested from the new garden.
