Dave’s Ice Cream Pick-Up!

Mahalo for all of the wonderful support of our first ever Dave’s Ice Cream Fundraiser. Thanks to your hard work and generosity, over 4500 pints of ice cream were sold in support of Saint Mark’s financial aid & technology programs!

The pickup is this Saturday from 9:30am to 12:00pm at Saint Mark.  The details are as follows.

Date:              Saturday, April 24

Location:       Saint Mark Lutheran Parking Lot

Time:              9:30am – 10:45am (last names starting with A to M)
                      10:45am – 12:00pm (last names starting with N to Z)

Drive-Thru:   The distribution will be a drive-thru where drivers are to pull up to the pickup area in front of the ELC (similar to weekday student drop off & pick up) and workers will run the orders to the cars. There should be no parking in the stalls and everyone is to stay in their vehicles (unless they need to quickly place the ice cream into their trunk).  Since the ice cream will be delivered to the vehicles, we ask that masks be worn by vehicle occupants while on campus – even if not exiting the car. 

Transporting:  It is recommended that coolers be used for transporting the ice cream.

No Leftovers:  All orders must be picked up on Saturday! The school does not have the ability to store/hold ice cream that is not picked up at the scheduled time.

With such a large number of pints to be distributed, we have expanded the pickup time and are kindly requesting that families with last names beginning with A to M please try and pickup between 9:30 and 10:45am and those with last names beginning with N to Z please try and pickup between 10:45am and 12:00pm.  It will also be very helpful if one person from each family picks up all the sold product.
