Complete and submit the Online Application for Admission form below along with a non-refundable $75 application fee no later than January 15 for priority consideration (applications continue to be accepted after the priority deadline).

Please include a photo with the application (not required but recommended).

A birth certificate or copy is required for PK3, PK4 and Kindergarten admission (students must be 3, 4 or 5 years old on or before October 31).

If you prefer to fill out a traditional paper form, you can download the Application for Admission to the Early Learning Program or the K-8 Program.
